GiGi and Grandpa’s Visit: October 2013
GiGi and Grandpa visited last weekend for a long weekend and everyone had tons of fun. On Friday, they went to Esme’s school for grandparents day. On Saturday, they did some arts and crafts and baking around the house with the kiddos while mom and dad ran errands (mom and dad were glad to have a few hours to get a bunch of stuff done!), and then Saturday evening we all went to Purina Farms for Haunted Hayloft. Sunday was a beautiful day and we decided to take a walk to Grant’s Farm — one of the few places that GiGi and Grandpa hadn’t visited yet in their 10+ years of visiting St. Louis. Then on Monday, dad took the day off and went with GiGi and Grandpa and the kids to the Science Center. It was the kids first visit to the Planetarium (see Esme’s description, if you missed it) and they had a great time. All in all, a great visit, lots of pictures, and can’t wait to see them again soon!
