Brynn’s First Pony Ride: October 2013

Today was a beautiful fall day here in St. Louis. (Of course, yesterday it was almost 90; today it was in the 60s. Typical fall.) We went over to Forest Park for this annual family festival for people who are members of Forest Park Forever, a group that supports the park. You might remember last year Esme showed off her hoola-hooping and Brynn had a great time blowing bubbles.

Anyway, in addition to the food, treats, inflatable slides, games, bubbles, and a whole bunch more, they had pony rides. Esme wasn’t interested but Brynn was, and this was the first time she actually got on a horse/pony/animal. She did great, as you’ll see — so MiMi, looks like she’s ready to ride next time we come to visit!
