Brynn the Chairpusher
Brynn’s development is progressing nicely, with her matching or beating Esme’s advanced milestones. (Just for comparison, see what Esme was doing at around 8 months + 1 week.) We say this not to brag; in fact, if anything it’s the opposite. While some parents of a not-yet-eight-month-old get to enjoy their infant sitting and playing with toys in one stationary place while being able to make dinner, ours instead is figuring out new ways almost daily to be mobile.
Brynn was able to figure out how to pull herself up pretty easily, probably about a month ago. And, somewhere in the 7 month stage, she started attempting to push things around. She’s slowly getting better at it, though in true Hinyard-Lash defiance she of course has decided not to actually use any of the push toys and instead is a fan of household objects…

Adorable! How practical – she knows it is important to have the chair in the right place.
