The Hinyard-Lash Experience: Starring Leslie, Jeff, Esme, Brynn, Han, and other members of the Hinyard-Lash family

Announcing Brynn Aurelia Hinyard-Lash

Tuesday, February 22, 2011

As you may know, in 2010 we completed a comprehensive review of our organization, looking at both our short-term operational plans as well as our long-term strategy. This culminated in a decision to reposition ourselves in the market, building on our reputation as leader in the one-child household segment to move into the two-child household segment. We embarked on an ambitious long-term strategy plan for the Hinyard-Lash organization to grow our size and diaper output by over 30%. This included the addition of one new headcount to support our ongoing operational plans.

We are pleased today to announce the organizational changes which will support this strategy. Effective Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 12:43am, Brynn Aurelia Hinyard-Lash has joined our organization and will assume the title of Daughter #2 and Baby Sister. Brynn will be responsible for crying, eating, and sleeping, as well as being super cute, and she has already been diving head-first into this new role. She comes to us with over 9 months experience in gestation.

Also, with these organizational changes comes a change in role for Esme Hinyard-Lash. She will be retaining the position of Daughter #1 but will also assume the additional responsibilities of Big Sister. Over the past two-and-a-half years, she has demonstrated her considerable ability to learn and adapt, as well as her growth potential, and we believe she is a perfect fit in this new role.

Please join me in welcoming Brynn to our “family” and wishing both Brynn and Esme best of luck in their new roles.

Love it! Though when you hit the four-child ratio, the output on the expenditures can exceed the alloted sanity quotient, but it does up the cuteness and fun margins significantly. And as you know, same gender roles can extend the warrantee a bit. 🙂 Enjoy and congrats on the growing brood!!!! She is a doll!
