Byron + Wendy Get Married (and New Years’ Eve)
At long last our good friends Byron and Wendy tied the knot this past New Years’ Eve. They had a really small, beautiful ceremony and reception at Belas Artes, an art gallery where Wendy frequently volunteers. (Some of you may also remember it as the place where Leslie’s friends hosted her baby shower before Esme was born). Wendy did an excellent job hanging lights and decorating the space and the art on the wall was created by their friend and ceremony officiant, Ibiyinka. We all had a really great time and, for once, Leslie managed to actually stay awake past midnight to ring in the New Year with the newlyweds. Congratulations to Byron and Wendy!
