Trip to Vail
This past weekend we all traveled to Vail, CO to visit with Leslie’s family. Leslie’s mom and aunt were attending a distant cousin’s wedding and decided it would be nice to have everyone get together, so they rented a giant condo so we could all visit for the weekend. There were enough bedrooms to comfortably fit: Leslie, Jeff, and Esme; Mimi & Grandpa (aka Leslie’s mom and dad); Leslie’s brother, Patrick; her Aunt Jackie and Uncle Mark; and her cousin Matt with his wife, Annie, and daughter, Ellie. This was the first time we were able to meet Ellie (almost 17 months old) and she and Esme seemed to enjoy each other as much as two toddlers can when fighting over toys. All in all, it was a fun and exhausting weekend and it was great to spend time with family that we get to see so rarely. We were able to whittle (?) the pictures down to a mere 300…
