Fishies
As expected, the Hanukkah/Christmas season brought a lot of new toys into our lives. Among other things, Esme now has a new Little People Barnyard set, new stacking blocks, a new shape sorter, some new stuffed animals, and a brand new Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer rocking horse that sings the song when you press its antlers (see the pictures we posted last time). One of Esme’s favorite new toys is her fish puzzle (courtesy of Mimi). Esme loves to “play fishies” and, we are excited to report, has learned how to match her colors (though she still refers to all of them as either “wed” (red) or “yeyyow” (yellow)).
