Tour de Moose 2009
Yesterday was the 5th Annual Tour de Moose — a yearly bike ride / pub crawl / birthday party. Last year Esme was one of the honorary “Moose’s Angels,” though this year with a mobile toddler, we figured it wouldn’t be as easy to cart her around from stop to stop. So, Jeff rode (sorry, no crazy bike this year) and Leslie and Esme joined up with the crowd for lunch at Square One Brewery in Lafayette Square.
Though it was a bit cooler than in years past, the rain held off and the temperature was perfect when the sun was out. As always, it was a great day of seeing the city, getting some exercise, and over-indulging.
