Jenny Visits
Our good friend Jenny — Leslie’s former college roommate and co-Maid of Honor at our wedding — drove down from Milwaukee this weekend to visit. We hadn’t seen her since April 2008, so this was her first time meeting Esme. Her dog Nicky accompanied her on the trip, so Daphne and Oliver played with Nicky (well, more like tried to torment her) while we went out for lunch and a walk around Old Webster. Even though this age for babies is when they’re supposed to have stranger anxiety, Esme doesn’t seem to be bothered too much by new people, as you can see by the big smiles with “Aunt” Jenny.
