Three minutes with a 9-month-old
Esme is almost 9 months old, and between the crawling, standing, cruising, “talking,” and wild mood swings, there’s never a dull moment. Just to give you a sense of what life is like, here’s a brief three-minute clip from a typical day in Esme’s life right now. As with much of her time recently, it centers around the great interactive table that Aunt Debbie, Uncle Nick, and Cousin Robyn got her for Hanukkah. Though she played with a bit when she was younger, now that she can stand up while holding on to things, it has become her new favorite toy.
Hopefully this video will keep you entertained for the next few days, since tomorrow is The Big Moving Day and it will likely be a few days before we have our life in order again and get a chance to post.

I hate to say – I told you so!!! But you remember those happy days when Esme was perfectly happy being still. She certainly has learned how to be mobile and it is a real joy to watch her being so active. The next phase will be – she lets go what she is holding onto and walking away. G-D bless her and our sympathies go to you both. You’ll be using your running shoes to chase Esme around the house. The best of luck on your move today. Hope all goes well and good luck in your new house. We’ll be talking soon. P.S. Will need your new address and new phone number when you get a couple of minutes.
