8 months old
We had intended to have “formal” 6-month pictures of Esme taken, though time just slipped away from us. Instead, Leslie took Esme to Picture People yesterday for some one-day-shy-of-8-months pictures. The staff was very nice, and Esme was in a great mood, so the combination of the two produced some great pictures. The people at the store liked them so much that they apparently want to use some of them to hang up in the store to show off their work. (Maybe that’s what they say to all customers, to sucker them into buying more prints… well, it worked.)
You can see the pictures yourself and order prints through their store online. Unfortunately, we don’t get the original full-size digital versions of the pictures, though we did save the watermarked versions for posterity.

Please explain how looking at these pictures gives me so much joy and happiness. This little girl is the love of my life!
