Esme in the mirror
Esme has been enjoying watching herself in the mirror more and more. Initially, she got a bit confused or freaked out by looking in the mirror, though now she seems to enjoy it and maybe even have an idea of what’s going on. Leslie even caught her sticking her tongue out and blowing “raspberries” on a few occasions, though Jeff has yet to see those or capture them on video.
In any case, here’s some pictures of Esme watching herself in the mirror — we’re trying out (yet) another way of posting pictures online, so your feedback is helpful. We want to make it easier to quickly upload lots of photos online, have a good archive of all of the photos in one place, be able to put them into posts here without too much effort, and also provide an easy way of getting physicial print copies of the photos (since a number of you have mentioned that). So, this is a quick test to see how SmugMug works — when Jeff has more time (maybe tonight?) he’ll see if he can get thumbnail-size pictures actually on this page so you don’t need to click off to another site.

The pictures are great – nice size – see all the smiling details and very easy to manipulate. We almost got stuck in the gallery and then we noticed “return to gallery” and we got out. Next, we will try to print some of these to see if it works.
