Meet Grandma Jeannie
Esme got a very special visitor today — Grandma Jeannie came to spend few days helping out and hanging out with her first grandchild.

She spent a few solid hours just hanging on to Esme, so much so that dad didn’t get a chance to hold her at all this evening. Just to clarify, that was meant to mean that Dad didn’t get a chance to hold Esme, not that Dad didn’t get a chance to hold Jeannie. Well, that’s true as well, though that wasn’t really the purpose of Jeannie’s visit, and neither Jeff nor Jeannie were really interested in that. But we digress…

It’s great to see Grandma Jeannie with Esme. Now remember Jeannie, you are there to help your daughter, too! 😉

It looks like grandma Jeannie is welded to Esme! As you indicate, she is holding on to her and not letting her go. It sounds like a condition you’ll have to negotiate in the near future. But then again, Esme looks perfectly content and that’s what our life is all about – making Esme happy.
