Comin’ home, baby
We were able to come home from the hospital yesterday, a day earlier than planned. Though we had an excellent experience — the staff was amazing and the facilities were fantastic — it was nice to start out life at home. Thanks to Sara (and Andrew) for taking care of the dogs, and for this nice sign which greeted us:
We actually thought Daphne and Oliver made it for her, so thanks for the clarification. Speaking of Daphne and Oliver, they’ve been getting along well with Esme. Oliver has been more interested in her than Daphne, though the initial confrontation we were expecting (luckily) hasn’t happened. Actually, we haven’t been able to get a good picture of Esme with either of the dogs because they’ve been keeping their distance. They know something’s going on, though they are still not sure what to make of her.
